Terms of Service
Effective date: October 28, 2026
1. Accounts
LV Dispatch is provided by Low Voltage Resources Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and the users you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Plans and billing
LV Dispatch offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Pro at $19.99 per month and Business at $99.99 per month). Paid plans are billed in advance each month to the payment method on file and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; to avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features or downgrades. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period after the notice. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
3. Subcontractor routing
LV Dispatch lets you send work to subcontractors you choose. Subcontractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not charge subcontractor fees. Any insurance, license or certification information shown is provided by the subcontractor or third parties; you are responsible for confirming a subcontractor is qualified and for your agreement with them. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the subcontractor's work.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use LV Dispatch to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, upload malware, probe or disrupt the service, access accounts or data that are not yours, resell the service without our written permission, or scrape or reverse engineer it. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into LV Dispatch, including customers, sites, jobs, assets and documents. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data only to run, secure and support the service for you. Technicians keep access to their own install history and portfolio as described in the plan. You can export your data while your account is active. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party integrations
LV Dispatch can connect to third-party services you choose, such as QuickBooks, payment processors and device platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Integrations may read status information from those services using credentials you provide. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes to their APIs.
7. Termination
You may stop using LV Dispatch and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. After closure we may delete your data following a reasonable period to allow export, except where we must keep it by law.
8. Liability
LV Dispatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Low Voltage Resources Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your data or your agreements with customers and subcontractors.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or LV Dispatch will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Florida, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, class arbitration or representative proceeding. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement does not apply to that claim. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice of a change means you accept it.
