1. Information we collect

Low Voltage Resources Holdings, LLC ("we") collects the information you give us when you sign up and use LV Dispatch: name, email, phone, company details, and the business records you enter, such as customers, contacts, sites, jobs, assets, quotes, invoices, files and notes. We also collect basic usage data (pages used, device and browser type, IP address, log data) and billing details, which are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure and support LV Dispatch, process payments, send service and account messages, fix problems and improve features. We do not sell personal information.

3. Site and device data from integrations

When you connect an integration, LV Dispatch reads the data needed for that feature, such as device online status and firmware version, using credentials you provide. For Verkada, LV Dispatch reads status only. You can disconnect an integration at any time, and we stop pulling new data from it.

4. Sharing with subcontractors and service providers

When you route work to a subcontractor, we share the job details you choose to send. We use service providers for hosting, email, payments and support, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or security reasons. Backups roll off on a regular schedule.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, backups and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login credentials private.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view, update and export your data from your account, and close your account at any time. You can opt out of non-essential email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; contact us to make a request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the app.
